Two Salem High School graduates of the class of 1978 will be married in the parlor of the Salem Historical Society. Randy Vuksta and Erin Waugh, who had not seen each other for more than 30 years, were re-connected through a series of 'absurd' and 'impossible' Internet events. They have set July 31, 2010 as their wedding date.
Prior to their wedding, the guests will be taking a tour in the Quakertown Trolley viewing important sites of their Salem years. After a short tour of the Museum, the party will convene for the service in the Museum's parlor.
After seeing the featured exhibit "...The Beat Goes On" this location was chosen since the family had a great interest and involvement in music. The wedding music will be provided by the newly refurbished player piano played by the Society's President, David Shivers.
We are excited to be part of this unique occasion.
